Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator for a 1-yr maternity leave contract. In supporting our Talent Producer, this role is crucial in ensuring smooth administration, providing on-set support during shoot days, and managing account wrap-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to top-tier productions.

Qualifications & Skills

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for relationship-building.
Tech-savvy and proficient with Mac environments, Microsoft Office, Excel, Dropbox, and Filemaker (or other CRM platforms).
Strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.
Positive and flexible attitude, and an ability to maintain a good work/life balance.
Prior experience in talent coordination, Film/TV production, or a related field a strong asset.
Knowledge of film/tv industry contracts, regulations, and payroll processes is a plus.
