About the role
As Head of People Partnering, Retail UK & EMEA, you will be delivering a ‘best in class service’ for Charlotte Tilbury’s UK & EMEA Retail business. You will manage all aspects of HR practice for a wide scope of business units partnering with SLT members, helping them unlock commercial and creative success through their people.

You will act as an internal consultant, change agent and a strong leader, ensuring best practice through commercial partnerships. You will be a champion of our values in all we do and will drive an obsession and relentless focus on engagement, talent management and strategic planning. Working closely with the Centres of Excellence and wider People Global Leadership team, you will design, propose, and deliver initiatives, practices and processes that ensure we have an engaged and high performing workforce. You will protect our colleagues by ensuring that we comply with all aspects of UK and EMEA employment legislation.

As a Head of People Partnering, Retail UK & EMEA you will

Support the People Partner Director in setting strategic direction for the brand globally with alignment for all markets in UK & EMEA.
Workforce and Headcount Planning, based on needs of the business, organisation design evolvement, headcount and capability growth whilst also balancing affordability throughout the fiscal year.
To coach, mentor and influence leaders to make the best decisions about their people.
Employee Relations – timely management with good HR practice and commerciality, acting as internal consultant to the team for complex cases and crisis management.
Work closely with the People Operations team to manage Retail annual salary review process ensuring thorough benchmarking is conducted to understand Charlotte Tilbury's position in the Market.
Provide consultancy and recommendations on Dashboard Data Reporting of Retail People Metrics, advising of performance against key KPIs.
Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition and LD&I to oversee and strengthen holistic Talent Management through the full employee life cycle across UK & EMEA retail.
Mentor and coach the People Partners to have People Plans in place for all business areas which will look to attract, engage, grow, and retain, helping leadership and management capability within their business areas.
Ensure UK & EMEA policies and procedures are updated in accordance with legislation changes and employees are informed of any changes. Remain constantly aware of changes in legislation and ensure Charlotte Tilbury is compliant and applying best practice to all employee matters across UK and EMEA and working closely with the internal teams.

Reporting Responsibilities

The Head of People Partnering, Retail UK & EMEA, will report into the People Partner Director UK & EMEA and have three People Partner direct reports. The role will be overseeing a retail team of circa. 2000 across EMEA & UK.
