Hybrid Working Model (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional People Business Partner to join our team based at our Head Office in Esholt.

As our Regional People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in our People Team supporting the delivery of our 3-Year Strategy. You will have a solid knowledge of employment law, the ability to analyse and deliver financial information (so experience of using Excel will be essential) and experience of TUPE will also be desirable. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive ER support to our Practice Managers across all our Practices in the South (approximately 28).

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Regional People Business Partner who is currently working in a similar role with experience of working within a busy People/HR team. You will have experience of working on multiple caseloads at any one time with a proven track record of providing sound resolution to ER cases.
