Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Nazareth House Care Village

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our dedicated team at Nazareth House Care Village.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and resolving anomalies.
Provide advice on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals.
Handle employee queries and support HR compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Right to work in the UK is mandatory (we do not provide sponsorship).
Experience in HR administration in northern ireland is prefered by not mandatory.

Pay: £37,440.00-£41,000.00 per year
