Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our HR team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of human resources experience, with expertise in supporting multiple business units, driving employee engagement, and managing HR-related projects. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative work environment, implementing effective HR strategies, and supporting our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner for designated Business Units (BUs), understanding their unique needs and providing tailored HR support.
Manage and oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Lead the design, communication, and implementation of R&R programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Support the development and execution of HR projects, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with BU leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and HR project management.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, EEO, ADA). Experience in managing HR functions like employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely, fair, and objective manner.
Ability to coach and guide managers in implementing HR policies and best practices.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Additional Information

Location: New York City ( 195 Broadway 25th floor)
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)
Salary Range: $75K Gross - $82K Gross
