Role Summary

Key Outcomes and accountabilities

Act as a strategic business partner to all levels, including executive leaders, creating sustainable solutions to enhance business performance
Provide counsel, guidance, and strategic support to the commercial and functional leadership teams within your business group.
Lead and manage the day-to-day HR initiatives, supporting managers in performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
Proactively assess the needs of the team, manager and organization, and provide recommendations and implement appropriate solutions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce plans, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
Analyse data to derive insights and develop recommendations that effectively persuade, influence, challenge, and secure agreement for informed decision-making and solution evaluation.
Implement people plans by collaborating with Centers of Excellence (CoE’s) to craft and implement solutions that address business challenges.
Champion organizational change and drive initiatives that improve the employee experience.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

Role requirements

Seasoned HRBP with 7+ years of experience and comprehensive knowledge of U.S. employment law, talent strategy, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation
Proven track record of effective collaboration and partnership within teams.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across a large portfolio.
Demonstrates sound judgment, evidence-based decision-making, and professional expertise.
Experience in working within a matrixed environment
Adaptable and capable of navigating and succeeding in ambiguous situations
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to thoughtfully execute and oversee HR program plans
Skilled in facilitating change, delivering quality outcomes through strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

The salary range for this role in New York City is $100,200 – $175,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
