Role Overview 🏢

The Social Media Manager will have a key strategic role in advancing the MISBHV brand while supporting our marketing objectives. This individual will steer the brand's social media strategy and implement content aligned with the brand's vision. Working closely with the brand marketing team, this role involves managing and producing content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

What You Will Do ✍️

Design and curate compelling social content that turns both new and current customers into enthusiastic MISBHV fans
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a unique brand voice and visual style on social media that embodies MISBHV's identity while being native to each platform
Balance content sourcing by managing contributions from both in-house and external creators, overseeing weekly reviews and edits to ensure the feeds stay cohesive
Lead content creation from initial concept through to styling, shooting, and editing for both fashion and lifestyle themes
Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other creative figures who align with the brand's image
Continuously challenge creative norms while preserving the brand's distinctive style to produce fresh, resonant content
Develop and manage a content calendar for MISBHV's primary social channels (organic and paid), ensuring alignment with website, campaigns, products, and events; each calendar should be engaging, timely, and showcase the MISBHV brand personality
Foster community engagement through active and thoughtful interactions
Use best practices in social media management, including effective tagging, hashtagging, and exploring new channels suited to brand goals
Analyze content performance weekly, adapting the calendar based on insights, and provide regular cross-functional reporting
Oversee the content creation budget, ensuring effective monthly management
Monitor emerging trends and social media features, helping the brand stay innovative on its channels
Keep the team informed of trends and popular content across social platforms
