Responsibilities

Manage a wide variety of human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication and engagement, training and development, and human resources information system (HRIS)
Lead the team to provide human resources services to staff members of the University
Plan and organize staff communication programs and events as well as training and development activities
Assist in the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures
Provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University
Engage in the implementation and enhancement of HRIS and HR projects
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Extensive human resources experience in sizable organizations
Pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
An excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Excel and HRIS

Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Fringe Benefits

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
