Job Responsibility

Culture and Engagement:

Responsible to monitor employee engagement level through the engagement tools and design interventions that support teams across the business to meet engagement targets.
Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continually increase employee engagement for both horizontal and vertical, taking into consideration the needs of all parts of the business.
Support Business managers through change initiatives including new ways of working, to ensure the concerns of colleagues are addressed and they feel fully supported.
Working with the business teams to develop a Health & Well-being Strategy and implement Health & Well-being initiatives.
Ensure our communications engage our diverse workforce, celebrate success, and recognize and thank our colleagues.
Manage and develop employee relations and playing an active role in consultation and negotiations to achieve business improvement.

Internal Communication:

Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Work with other functions in People team to plan for a variety of internal communications mediums, (staff intranet, regular email bulletin).
Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation

Qualification

Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 3 years experienced in Internal communications or Employee Engagement
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and draw conclusions and provide insight and business focused recommendations
Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and data analytical skills
Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in social media management
Good team work and can-do attitude
Experienced in MS Excel, Photoshop, Canva, Google suite is preferred
