About The Role:

Our client, a renowned and globally impactful architecture studio are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join their New York team.

You will play a pivotal part in supporting and managing all HR functions and work closely with leadership and the wider teams across all 3 international locations. Within this role you will enhance HR policies and practices, drive strategic initiatives, and foster and maintain a positive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support talent acquisition and align HR strategies with the studio’s goals
Build strong relationships with global leaders and stakeholders
Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws
Respond to employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, and leaves
Lead performance reviews and goal-setting processes
Assist in updating job descriptions and participate in special projects
Facilitate training sessions on compliance and performance
Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing legal standards
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and immigration documentation

Key Skills/Requirements:

Degree or relevant work experience
Previous experience working in HR
Proven track record in optimising recruitment strategies
Strong skills in organisation, communication, and critical thinking
Keen attention to detail and good judgment
