About The Role
We're looking to add a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to our marketing team to manage and optimize our Google Ads program. This position will play a critical role in contributing to pipeline growth. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will own campaign execution and optimization for our Google Search, YouTube, Pmax, and Demand Gen programs.
You will
- Own our Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and pipeline
- Execute Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Discovery campaigns
- Proactively monitor performance and implement optimizations to improve results
- Monitor lead quality and proactively adjust our conversion signals and bid strategies to drive high-quality pipeline
- Partner cross-functionally to develop performant landing pages that improve results
- Ensure our account is optimized according to best practices and regularly revise our approach to the following: bid strategy, campaign structure, KW expansion, spend efficiency
- Monitor competitive trends and changing Google search landscape and evolve our strategy to maintain results
You have
- 5+ years running paid acquisition campaign strategy
- Deep expertise running B2B campaigns in Google Ads via search, Pmax, and YouTube
- Track record of demonstrating improved efficiency and volume from Google Search campaigns
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, online & offline conversion event optimization, campaign structure, campaign expansion, ad copy testing, landing page optimization
- Proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to make campaigns successful
- Straight shooter when it comes to written and verbal communication style
- Proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company grow
