Role Overview:
Enterpret is seeking an innovative and experienced Head of People Operations to lead and shape our most critical asset—our team and culture. In this role, you'll act as the architect of our internal organization, owning the strategies and initiatives that empower our team to thrive in a high-growth environment. From talent planning and organizational design to fostering a culture of candid feedback and transparency, you will build and scale the foundation for Enterpret's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Collaborate with leadership on talent planning, organizational design, retention strategies, and change management.
- Use people data to uncover trends, identify risks, and proactively address retention challenges.
- Design and execute programs to ensure top talent stays engaged and supported.
- Culture and People Development:
- Lead efforts to design a culture of transparency, candid feedback, and meritocracy.
- Support the 360° performance review process, including manager calibrations, compensation planning, and hosting training sessions and office hours.
- Devise and implement development plans to support employee growth and enhance team performance.
- Provide coaching and tools to managers to lead through change, manage performance effectively, and boost employee engagement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Build scalable processes for hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Create and manage initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide targeted support for performance management, ensuring managers are equipped to handle complex challenges.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in People Operations or HR, with deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proven success in a solutions-oriented, high-growth environment, ideally in startups.
- Skills:
- Analytical and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to inspire and align teams.
- Strong ability to coach managers, foster employee engagement, and enhance team performance through feedback and development.
- Deep understanding of change management and the nuances of retaining and scaling talent in fast-paced environments.
