We are partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a proven Employee Engagement professional to design and implement employee engagement programs and help shape organisation culture as they go through during an exciting period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs to enhance morale, inclusion, and career satisfaction.
- Partner with diversity teams to advance DEI initiatives and networking opportunities.
- Design and manage new hire onboarding and integration processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
- This individual must have 5+ years of experience in an employee engagement role within a professional services firm (law, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing employee retention and development programs.
Our client tend to operate on a hybrid basis (2-3 times per week in the office) and this role is paying up to $250,000 per year.
