Job Description:
As an HR Business Partner at UR's flagship New York store, you will be a strategic partner to the store management team. You will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring that our people strategies align with UR's global vision and the unique needs of our New York store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management:Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the fashion industry.
- Build a diverse talent pipeline through various channels including campus recruiting, job boards, and social media.
- Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Implement performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Employee Development:Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Employee Relations & Culture:Build strong employee relationships through open communication and regular check-ins.
- Resolve employee relations issues promptly and professionally.
- Champion UR's culture and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Data Analytics:Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure HR metrics, and inform decision-making.
- Implement HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of UR's brand.
