Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to drive the success of street fashion retail brands, social clubs, and cafés.
- Campaign Management: Initiate marketing ideas; plan, execute, and analyze campaigns in collaboration with cultural & events, digital, PR, and VM teams to achieve sales targets and strengthen customer loyalty. Coordinate marketing projects to align processes with both internal and cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing executives and graphic designers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve marketing goals.
- Asset Creation: Oversee the development of marketing assets for social media, websites, and other collateral, ensuring alignment with each brand's guidelines.
- Brand Development: Maintain and elevate brand identity, being a brand guardian to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation.
- Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of events for all brands.
- Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships, both locally and internationally.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong background in retail, fashion brands, or creative agencies.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications and brand management, with a proven track record of success, preferably in fashion, lifestyle brands, or F&B.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Critical and analytical thinker with the ability to adapt to different tasks and functions.
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced work environment while working under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in both Thai and English.
- Deep understanding of urban culture, street fashion, and lifestyle trends, with a strong sense of taste and reference aligned with SIWILAI’s positioning and target customers will be a plus.
