Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing advertising campaigns, and analyzing marketing metrics.
Our Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp in social networks and digital marketing.
They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize brand exposure and drive customer engagement.
- Define and develop the Digital Communication strategy according to different targets, markets and budget;
- Define and implement an Offline Communication strategy;
- Ensure the quality and currency of website content in its various dimensions;
- Social Media management: quality content updates and message response management;
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, campaign management, and market research
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
