As our new Team Member Experience Strategy and Transformation Manager for KFC South Pacific, reporting to our Head of Team Member Experience Strategy & Transformation, you will be responsible for defining and designing transformation projects, whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to build strategies needed to support a high-performing, inclusive workforce.

- Role Design and Optimisation: Innovate and adapt restaurant roles to improve workflows, simplify processes, and support customer experience goals.
- Customer and Team Experience: Implement programs that align employee experience (EX) with customer experience (CX), empowering teams to deliver brand-consistent guest experiences.
- Labour Management and Efficiency: Use data-driven practices and collaborate with D&T and SCM teams to optimize labour costs, improve productivity, and enhance team satisfaction.
