We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Experience (HR) Coordinator to join our People Experience team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about People Experience and eager to contribute to a high-growth company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various People Experience functions and initiatives, ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
The Coordinator, People Experience will report to the
Manager, Global People Experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires including full-time and freelancers, ensuring a seamless transition into the company. Coordinate offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth exit experience. Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Sol de Janeiro's 365 Onboarding Program, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience for new employees throughout their first year.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all People Experience systems.
- Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and assist with the hiring process.
- Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives and events that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
- People Experience Administration: Provide administrative support to the People Experience team, including preparing People Experience documents, managing People Experience systems, and handling employee inquiries.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Assist in updating and communicating People Experience policies and procedures.
- Learning and Development: Support the Global People Experience Manager in the coordination of training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Strive for excellence in execution while collaborating with the People Experience team to unify both strategic and operation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic to contribute to a highly-collaborative environment at our NYC Headquarters at least 3 days a week
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate environment (including internships)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and People Experience systems preferred
- Experience with PEO preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Salary Range
$65,000—$70,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
