What would my working day be like?
You are encouraged to be in the office most of the time, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun as an early career professional.
Your role will include:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop relationships with our hiring managers to advise on recruitment policy and practice.
What do I need to apply?
- Studying towards a human resources / business / psychology related degree
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- An interest in recruiting and finding excellent talent to join our organisation
- Passionate about making a difference, curious, analytical, and strong in managing projects and meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and contributes new ideas.
- Enthusiastic about people and numbers, capable of working independently on projects.
- Team player willing to take on various tasks, with the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all levels within Siemens.
