Our client, one of the leading FMCG in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join their dynamic HR team!
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategics to achieve business initiatives
Manage and execute seamless annual HR cycles and employee life cycle
Strengthen internal succession plans by support the development of line managers and employees through coaching and relevant employee development programmes
Drive employee engagement of business function through focus groups and agreed action plans
Lead and participate in any HR related projects e.g. Compensation & benefits project
Design and implement Talent acquisition programs to nurture talent pipeline
Drive and lead recruitment campaigns, career fairs, activities etc
Manage recruitment budget
Lead employer branding activities for the company
Organise and lead monthly Townhalls
Lead and organize other company’s events e.g. Dinner & Dance, Yearly Business conference etc
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Human Resource or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
Candidates from FMCG will be preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP Success Factors will be advantageous
