Partner with divisions leaders to understand their needs and provide practical HR solution
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Contribute to organizational design projects and workforce planning initiatives
Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organizational needs and employee aspirations are met.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
Analyse workforce data and prepare insightful reports that drive decision-making
Coordinate recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives
Job Requirements
Only Singaporean need to apply.
Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent field.
Strong stakeholder management skill.
Experience in HR analytical duties is advantageous.
