Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for contract staffing and permanent placements. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Candidates with tech recruitment experience will have a higher chance of selection due to the growing demand in this sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective placements.
Understand and assess hiring needs, accurately matching candidates within given timelines.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
Build and foster strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners.
Collaborate with management to develop strategic hiring plans and creative recruitment solutions.
Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and hiring best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR-related roles.
Tech recruitment experience is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate hiring needs effectively.
Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
Familiarity with employment law and hiring regulations.
CEI certification is a plus.
