About the Job
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the operational of HRGA functions. This role combines responsibilities in human resources, general affairs, and management systems to support operational efficiency and compliance with relevant standards.
What is your responsibility?
- Perform as HRBP: end to end of employee journey’s administration (hiring to termination) at country level.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Perform as General Affairs Partner: manage office supplies & facilities.
- Assisting role as Management System Partner
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Systems, and related field.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience as a HRGA Manager in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.
