We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our hiring activities and employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across job portals.
- Support candidate sourcing efforts through online databases
- Help arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content and internal write-ups
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment-related events (e.g. career fairs, campus outreach)
- Perform other ad hoc tasks to support the recruitment and HR teams
Learning Exposure:
- Gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle
- Develop sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
- Learn about employer branding and digital recruitment tools
- Strengthen communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Understand HR operations in a corporate setting
Job Requirements:
- Students pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job posting platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude
