Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in recruiting recruitment professionals—ideally from a Rec-2-Rec background. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, developing proactive strategies to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier recruitment talent to help scale Flowtec’s global operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute end-to-end internal recruitment for Flowtec Global Inc across multiple international locations.
* Proactively source, attract, and assess high-performing recruitment professionals (360 consultants, delivery consultants, managers, etc.).
* Build strong talent pipelines using modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
* Own employer branding initiatives and promote Flowtec as a top employer in the recruitment space.
* Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs and forecast workforce planning.
* Create and manage effective candidate engagement and interview processes.
* Maintain and optimize ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
* Provide insights and market intelligence regarding competitor hiring trends and candidate expectations.
* Represent Flowtec at relevant networking events, career fairs, and Rec-2-Rec forums.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rec-2-Rec, internal recruitment, or agency recruitment (with a focus on recruiting for recruitment roles).
* Deep understanding of the recruitment industry, especially within technical or specialist sectors.
* Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-performing recruiters.
* Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on key recruitment metrics.
* Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to talent acquisition.
* Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Desirable Attributes
* International hiring experience.
* Background in building or scaling recruitment teams.
* Familiarity with employer branding and digital talent attraction strategies.
* Exposure to ATS tools (e.g., Bullhorn etc.).
