About the Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR executive at BNL Waste Management HQ at Penjuru in Singapore. The executive will be working closely with management, and will be responsible for leading the HR function and supporting the HR needs of BNL Waste Management. The individual will be expected to participate in strategic planning and to work closely with other business leaders to align HR initiatives with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR executive or equivalent role
- Ability to recruit across positions such as drivers, attendants, sorters, and operations executives
- Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Required Skills:
- Experience in industrial and/or engineering sectors is a plus
- HR certification (e.g. IHRP) is a plus
