Title: Vice President Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s goals and growth initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring consistency and quality of service across all branches.
- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent in operations, sales, and leadership roles.
- Champion employee engagement and retention initiatives; measure and improve employee satisfaction across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Lead change management efforts and serve as a cultural steward as the company grows and evolves.
- Advise on employee relations matters and support branch leaders in managing workforce issues consistently and effectively.
- Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior or executive-level role.
- Prior experience in an industrial, distribution, or multi-site environment required.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Proven success building HR infrastructure in a fast-paced or growing company.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
