[What the role is]
As Senior Manager (HR Talent Acquisition), you will play a crucial role in leading strategic talent acquisition initiatives and implementing employer branding, external communications, structured student internship programme, and contingent workforce management.
This position offers you the opportunity to play a significant role in PA’s outreach strategies to attract and secure talents to meet organisational manpower needs.

Talent Acquisition
- Implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead the design and execution of recruitment campaigns across all levels.
- Develop employer branding strategies and execute related initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and analytics framework and track performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Employer Branding and External Communications
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
- Establish a comprehensive HR communications strategy with targeted messaging for different audience segments (graduates, mid-career professionals, industry experts etc.)
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns and materials and establish tone of voice and communication guidelines for recruitment-related content.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Digital Communications Division to ensure alignment of employer branding with corporate identity.
Structured Student Internship Programme (SSIP)
- Drive the implementation of the SSIP framework.
- Lead the engagement with educational institutions and maintain partnerships for internship placements.
- Develop guidelines and resources on internship management and development.
- Collaborate with PA Divisions to provide internship opportunities.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and outcomes.
Contingent Workforce Management
- Lead the management of temporary and contract staff and implement related workforce strategies.
- Implement policies and procedures for contingent workforce engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and manage relationships with employment agencies.
Innovation & Technology
- Research market trends and propose effective recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Support the implementation of digital tools to optimise candidate engagement and foster a tech-focused culture in the HR team.
[What we are looking for]
Experience
Minimum - At least 3 years of experience in HR role. Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and stakeholder engagement. Good communication skills.
Desired - Experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Knowledge of public sector recruitment initiatives.
