Role Overview
As our HR Executive/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Marbles Health’s employee experience. From leading recruitment efforts to enhancing engagement and ensuring smooth HR operations, you will help build a high-performance, people-centric culture aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute initiatives to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and retention.
- Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor employee sentiment through surveys and feedback loops, and implement actionable insights.
3. HR Operations & Policy Implementation
- Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies in line with company values and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and reliable.
- Support performance management processes, including OKRs, reviews, and growth plans.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and promote a safe, respectful workplace.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in core HR functions, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Background: Experience in a startup or fast-paced growth environment is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of independently driving initiatives.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
