Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to employee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with HR policies.
As the nature of the company is related to career development, this person will also collaborate to product development by sharing their experience in feedback and feedback management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training skills
- Experience using or implementing feedback management tools
- Interested in working in a fast-paced growing startup
- Performance Evaluation and Compliance skills
- Experience in HR policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
