Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for executive and hard-to-fill positions across diverse markets. This individual will be instrumental in identifying top talent, advising hiring managers, and refining recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of CINQCARE. The Senior Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and should embody CINQCARE's core principles:

Key Responsibilities
The
Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter should have the following duties:
- Leadership: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will lead in defining and executing sourcing strategies and creative solutions to identify high-quality candidates in multiple markets, including healthcare and other specialized industries.
- Strategy: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will suggest new tools, processes, and approaches to enhance recruitment efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the hiring experience.
- Collaboration: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with hiring leaders and People & Culture to align on talent needs and candidate expectations and support consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Knowledge: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will provide subject matter expertise in recruitment practices, including executive search, cross-industry sourcing, market analysis, and recruitment technology.
- Culture: The Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter is accountable for promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-aligned recruitment process that reflects CINQCARE’s values and meets community needs.
Required Qualifications
The
Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter should have the following qualifications:
- Education: o High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: o A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, including executive search and experience sourcing across different industries.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for unique or specialized roles in evolving markets.
- Communication: o Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Relationships: o Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with internal leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Culture: o Good judgment, strong ethics, and a collaborative mindset.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
Compensation: From $75,000 to $85,000 per year
